Knit dresses? Again? How original.
But no, hear me out on this, could knit dresses be the answer we were searching for all along? The answer to our chilly mornings, melting evenings, days of fall. That dreaded transitional time where NOTHING in our wardrobe seems to mix, and NOTHING wants to play nice with each other. Could knit dresses be the answer to all our problems, and also give us that sweet satisfaction of wearing a sweater, such as fall calls for?
I think, yes.
Is that a lot to ask from one garment?
I think, no.
Should you be the judge of that?
Whatever your fall looks like (hopefully it's filled with crisper days and tons of colorful leaves) I feel a knit dress is fun and adds that sweater texture we all crave during this time of year. Usually knit dresses run on the thin side too, so it's not like donning your most bulky sweater, even though we'd all prefer to do that. Also, they are usually cotton, #bonus, which means breathable.
And sometimes you strike gold and find one that is also kinda semi-polished/ makes you feel sophisticated, which means you can dress it up with a blazer or down with some fun jewelry pieces and a decorative cross-body! Ohhh la la.
Shop below some of my fave fall knit dress, pt. 2, that are easy-peasy, and no layering involved!
