My sister kept saying I looked like a Sicilian woman in this dress. To be quite honest, I agree and I am not mad about it. This dress has been my EVRYEHTING since I bought it like 3 weeks ago? Has it been that long....? Whatever the timeline, I absolutely love this dress and wore it for like three straight days the week I bought it.
Our little secret, mmmkay!
Any who, as the weather will begin to cool down (but in reality just be like 90 instead of 95 form here until Christmas) this dress is the perfect piece to transition with, it's longer in length and also has a little sleeve. However, the v-neck aspect keeps you cool and also let's you have some fun with a smaller scarf or maybe a fun jewelry piece!
The pattern is also subtle, but the color of the dress is more fall than summer brights which is so September, am I right?
Also, the shoes have an added heel which is a fun bonus. It's hard to find a shoe that has a heel that is both conservative enough to not ultimately hurt your feet at the end of the day, but also sophisticated enough to make you look like a more polished version of yourself, and these shoes do just that. Also, they're velvet, can I get an amen!
