Santorini is seriously another realm. Like, I'm pretty sure I was transported to the land of wonderment when I stepped onto this beautiful island. Of course, these pictures don't represent the quintessential Island of blue domes and whitewashed houses, but trust me when I tell you, those pictures do not do Santorini justice.
The beaches were just as beautiful as the people, and it was such a wonderful break from the city. We had only stayed for two days, but trust when I tell you a month would not have been enough for my little heart.
I loved everything about the place. The food was delicious, and the shopping was everything. So many cotton and linen pieces. Every dress, tunic, skirt, leather sandal seemed to be stitched with such a unique authenticity. It made every find so much more special because I felt I was truly getting a piece of Santorini. So even when I'm gone, I can throw on a cotton dress and immediately be transported to a little cabana overlooking the ocean on the beaches of Santorini.
While this look I styled to explore the island is pretty simple, it's a true reflection of what the locale meant to me. An easy cotton shirt paired with some distressed denim and sandals and you're good to go. It's a place of ease and relaxation (duh) and anything more would just be too much.
All I'm missing is a bikini really.
